yes and unfortunately some are living a life of perpetual "unhappiness" because maybe we just accept thats what we are and who we are without wanting to look deeper inside us.......even if we have the motivation or resources to do that but because of fear of failure . Life is about Attitude.....again it comes back to ........what we sow is what we shall reap. Never underestimate the power of the human mind!

Can anyone truly achieve "happiness" and what is happiness.....to me i have reached a state of contentment in my life......i have learned to love beyond flaws, to forgive and move on, to accept the things i cannot change and have the wisdom to know the difference, being there in the early mornings and watching my kids wake up all sleepy and full of love for me is pure joy, sharing laughter with friends and family, giving of myself selflessly, helping others in need. Material things should not define happiness or who we are but sometimes unfortunately alot of us equate our purpose in life on exactly such things.

So to me happiness is when you reach a state of contentment
