Hi Olsojente,many people leave out facts on their profiles. I assumed that's why he didn't hang around to comment on the thread.Wonder why he didn't post earlier if his daughter has been missing a while. Maybe he had only just been told.
I'm just happy to be back in the U.K. after 7 years in Spain.Yes we have rain,snow,ice, cold winds etc. but wrap up warm and walk across the road with the dog to the Nature Reserve,and there is nothing more pleasant on a good day.
No plans to fly any more, but may do a Med cruise after I've finished decorating my new home.
I love my home so never bored.It's the Capricorn in me ,born homemakers.
Whatever one's thoughts, we cannot intervene in another country's policy's,however barbaric they may appear.
I was sent a video recently of a child being forced to put his arm under a lorry's wheel crushing it, when he was caught stealing. It looked authentic and the expression of pain on the child's face turned my stomach.
I realise a lot of things regarding family and friends,mostly that my friends are ALWAYS there for me, but my family unfortunately are not.
Hence the notice on my home.
Friends are welcome any time ,family by appointment only.
You can only try so much before you finally realise that some people will never change. Fact of life I'm afraid ,and I know I'm not the only person who has this problem. Fortunately it has not made me bitter.I still embrace life.
