Victims did come forward while he was alive but when they weren't believed or it was hushed up what option did they have. He was protected while he was alive.

Without you Sir putting up a sample of the type of mail you send to a potential victim ooops sorry partner (little joke there) then it's hard for any of us to see why you don't get replies. having perved your profile, if I was a female, or gay, I'd run, way, way too negative.
And please "average" come on, if you aren't being honest then hey, don't expect a reply.
Lastly, you nor I can or should expect a reply from anyone unless the want to make a reply. Here's a suggestion to understand why. Make a profile pretending to be a female and see the crap they get through their mail box.
Unfortunately people are going to judge you by the colour of your hair, the clothes you wear, the size of your bust, the colour of your skin, the religion you choose to have faith in, etc. Is easy to know who your good friends are, it's the one's who stand by you when others are flinging mud.
