Lots of news stories this week and one pertains to the president harping about fraudulent ballots to an election that hasn't taken place. He states in rallies he's not going to stand for a loss. I've also seen comments indicating he won't agree to a peaceful transition and he's claiming the only way he could lose is the election is if the Democrats cheat.
This level of BS make me wonder... how is is possible those 'Democrats' will cheat?
In previous elections, it was tampering (or at least claims of tampering) with voting machines by outside sources. In the upcoming election, due to virus concerns, it's expected citizens will be voting by mail-in ballot. I've seen a few videos on the process of checking signatures and marking in the system that a vote was cast... thus avoiding chances of fraud. That would make the president's complaints unfounded.
Setting the stage for an election like a Banana Republic is what I see here. Forget that part about being American was living in a country where the people decided (by vote) their choice in a president. We have a president who wants to rewrite our system of voting.
Eric Trump seems to have summed it up nicely, that his father would concede the election 'if he got blown out of the water' by Biden.
My response was: Ya think??
So, it's cheating if the win is marginal and can only be accepted if it's a landslide.
Right, that's how I see it. The vote regardless of your party (or non-party) must be a landslide win for Biden or Trump won't accept it.

The Corrupt Trump Plan
This is what Trump plans on doing.
For states where the vote is close and the legislature is predominantly Republican,
he is planning to protest the vote as being fraudulent and request the governor
to appoint electors. Those Republican electors would then vote for Trump.
This would help him win 'battleground' states like Florida and maybe even Arizona.
This is why he has been promoting, without evidence, that the mail in voting is unreliable.

Now the Trump campaign is said to be considering another, even more outrageous approach: In a thorough and deeply disconcerting piece about the constitutional crisis that may await us between November 3 and the inauguration in January, the Atlantic’s Barton Gellman reports that the Trump campaign has been discussing “contingency plans to bypass the election results and appoint local electors in battleground states where Republicans hold the legislative majority.” Citing the president’s baseless claims of fraud, Team Trump could ask GOP-controlled state governments to choose electors, completely ignoring an unfavorable or uncertain popular vote, state and national Republican sources told Gellman.
“The state legislatures will say, ‘All right, we’ve been given this constitutional power,’” a Trump campaign legal adviser explained to the Atlantic. “‘We don’t think the results of our own state are accurate, so here’s our slate of electors that we think properly reflect the results of our state.’”
Does completely ignoring the will of the voters seem anti-democratic? Unconstitutional? Impossible? One would think. But as Gellman points out, however authoritarian this kind of end-around may seem, the Constitution doesn’t forbid such a move, and it’s something the Trump campaign could pull off. Indeed, state Republican leaders have already casually indicated that they’d be all too happy to enable this kind of power grab. “I’ve mentioned it to them, and I hope they’re thinking about it too,” Lawrence Tabas, chairman of the Republican Party in Pennsylvania, one of the swing states on which the 2020 race could hinge, told Gellman. “It is one of the available legal options set forth in the constitution.”
Disturbing as the prospect of bypassing the popular vote in GOP-controlled battlegrounds may be, it’s but one of several vulnerabilities in the electoral system Trump and his flunkies are trying to exploit this fall, ranging from complex legal fights to declaring absentee ballots fraudulent before they’ve even been processed to the possibility — likelihood? — that the president will simply pronounce himself the winner before all votes are tallied. While Joe Biden and the Democrats are sounding increasingly loud alarms, it remains frustratingly unclear what they can do to prevent the country from plummeting into this looming crisis. ....

Three Things To Remember When The Democrats Start Whining About Trump's Supreme Court Appointment
RIP Ruth Ginsburg bla bla bla...
1. Ginsburg was asked by Democrats to step down when Obama was in office so they could ensure she would be replaced by another liberal. She refused. So now President Trump gets to pick a conservative instead of Obama picking a liberal. Thank you Ms. Ginsburg. You did not die in vain! And I have to give you credit where credit is due, your timing is brilliant.
2. The Democrats eliminated the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees while Obama was in office. They thought they were being really clever even though they were warned by the Republicans not to do it because it would come back to bite them. Guess what? It came back to bite them. Now, thanks to the Democrats, President Trump and the Republicans can exercise their constitutional right to appoint a new Supreme Court Justice any time they want and the Democrats are powerless to stop it. Nice work Democrats! You shot yourselves in the foot!
3. What do you suppose Chuck Schumer would do if he was in the same position as Mitch McConnell now and there was a Democrat in the White House? Would he be saying "For the good of the country we need to wait and let the next president pick the replacement for Ginsburg?" YEAH RIGHT!
The Democrats have NO ONE TO BLAME BUT THEMSELVES and their stupid attempts to destroy the democratic process for this appointment. They made their bed and now they will have to lie in it. They NEVER seem to learn their lesson. LIBERALISM, SOCIALISM AND COMMUNISM DO NOT WORK!
You can't destroy the democratic process and then demand democracy when things don't go your way. It doesn't work like that.

President Donald Trump's former personal attorney told CNN's Alisyn Camerota on Tuesday that President Donald Trump has much to fear about having his tax returns released.
During an interview to promote his new book, titled "Disloyal,"Cohen was asked by Camerota why Trump is so reluctant to release his tax returns despite pledging for years to make them public.
Cohen replied that, for one thing, they would reveal Trump isn't nearly as rich as he pretends to be.
"He doesn't report the income he claims," the former Trump attorney explained. "His wealth is not as significant, and I imagine they were probably lenient in how they took deductions."
However, Cohen also said that being exposed for not being as wealthy as he has claimed is not the president's biggest worry.
"His biggest fear is, if that tax return was released, there's a whole slew of accountants and forensic accountants that will rip through it and he will end up with a massive tax bill, penalties, fines and possibly even tax fraud," he said.

I am surprised to see how many here are still fighting the outdated battle of Democrats vs Republicans. That is so outdated. Many Democrats are abandoning their party to side with President Trump. Some Republicans are undercutting President Trump, putting their own economic interests far above party loyalty. The two opposing party system is desolving into chaos, with only out of touch and ill informed voters blindly following party line voting.
After over 1,000 major corporations pressured Facebook to limit pro-Trump posts, it seems the old idea of who is the party of the common man vs who is the party of Big Business has shifted too. As Pepsi, the NFL, Facebook, Apple, and other mega corporations "take a knee" and support Biden, it becomes obvious that the Republicans are no longer the "Party of Big Business" as they were seen to be in the past.
The new reality is that the battle is between globalists and Nationalists. The international opportunists who are getting rich off the China trade, from both parties, are attacking President Trump for limiting China's plundering of our economy. Some want the US Public Health to guard American health, while others want to follow the lead of the World Health Organization. Globalists want to dissolve National borders, and provide health services, welfare, and education to anyone who walks into the USA and demands them. But they never say who will pay for all that. But we know it is the American tax payer.
That roughly corresponds to political Elite vs the average citizen, those who would revoke Constitutional rights against believers in American democracy. Profiteering against freedom. Regardless of which Constitutional right is attacked first, it will not stop there, but continue to destruction of other rights.

Joe Biden on climate change and the opportunities we can capitalize on, after he is elected
Today Joe Biden talked live from Maryland from what looked like perhaps a wetland adjacent area with plenty of flowing reeds in the background.
He spoke about the California wildfires, the ongoing hurricanes and climate change. He broadcast, that if he is elected, he will not deny climate change, but rather not only respect the science, but use it as a huge opportunity for the American worker and the country.
Rather than ignore and deny climate change, like Trump, he would capitalize on having the USA as a leader in a new frontier of energy efficient manufacturing with zero emissions. It would foster new technology and industrial growth with good union jobs and new products. He also would encourage a switch to electric vehicles and ensure adequate recharging stations along highways & major roads.
Sticking with Trump would enable worsening of the climate with more massive storms and foster backwards thinking.
While the speech lacked any indication of dementia or sniffles, ideas being pushed by
