I ended up getting a mystery bet as well... Turned 40 bucks into 10... But I bought some raffle tickets from some old ladies out the front of the betting place, so I might win a Christmas hamper... And I find out if I won anything in the school raffles tomorrow.

So I go back to my regular opinion of horses for the next 364 days, they should be made into dog food here or frozen lasagne in Ireland.

If every person in the church that day had a bolt action rifle with an 8 shot mag, he might have shot 2 or 3 people before being shot himself...

So yes there is merit in the idea of every person having a rifle at all times.

Equally, there is merit in the idea that semi automatic weapons with large mags are not suitable for the general public.
