I have enough assets to take her out somewhere nice, and buy her a big feed of haggis. A big steaming bowl, full to the brim with the greasy foul-smelling delicacy. I'll hang back and have a few red bull and vodkas instead, and make puppy eyes at her whilst she gags and struggles to keep down the food without screwing up her face in disgust.
Other people have our weeds, and we have theirs. Australia being mostly very dry and low in plant available phosphorous, evolution has made our plants pretty tough. A weed is just a plant in the wrong place. The OP's gum trees were deliberately planted and tended, so technically they're exotic plants not weeds.
Bit of chicken and egg logic I think... If your experience of separation is only losing half your wages and no women wanting to touch you with a 40 foot pole, and occasionally being a babysitter of convenience, a lot of men would just see the children as a cause of problems. If your experience was more involved and meaningful, you'd be much more likely to want to provide well for the children. Its called child support, but children are third in line after the tax department and the mother.
Yes, intergenerational welfare dependency. And communities/groups where there are almost no positive role models, going to jail is a right of passage. Out of all the otherwise capable working aged men on welfare here, at least half would be in that situation because of the CSA...
Western countries have the child support agency, to torment and persecute separated fathers. They are always trying to cause conflict between separated parents, to make their role seem more important. The economy would benefit from them being closed down, and society would benefit if there was an agency to keep separated parents meaningfully involved in all aspects of the child's life.
RE: Ebooks or Treebooks
Or the third option- bongo mags.
