RE: Have you ever mentally dated a fictional character?

I would if I was in jail I guess.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

Well obviouslyI'd try it on my todger first, jail does funny things to a guys mind. Sarah would be cool with it.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

Falsom prison. c/o srarh connor/pat

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

And lesbian guards, Lets not overlook the lesbian factor.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

Jail has a lot of positives.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

The man in black wrote the soundtrack, it can't be improved upon.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

I was thinking more along the line of Falsom prison blues, but I guess a cocumentary would sell pretty well.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

I think some of the jail guards are lesbian too, which is exciting.

RE: dear diary, i can't take it anymore

If you're trash, I'll get a job at the rubbish dump so we can talk sometimes. But, I dont know how long I'll be in jail for, till I get my rig in order I guess. Thats a lot of chin ups.

RE: NEW POLL! Should Churches be exempt from all "lockdown" laws due to the First Amendment?

As long as jails are not exempt from lockdown. Its taken ages to choose the right jail, and now they're going to screw up the whole routine? I'd already been planning which weights to use, which fence to pace up and down. And now they go and change it? well thanks a bunch, now I dont know which jail to go to.

RE: what enhances ''status''?

I competing in the tug-of-war, too much risk of pulling a muscle.

RE: compensation

Around 2 million, maybe 3.

RE: what enhances ''status''?

Whatever they said, they were probably talking about the other guy, not me.

RE: it's a sunny day

Will you get a special tattoo to remember this sunny day you're talking about?

RE: what enhances ''status''?

I am looking forward to competing in several events, the three-legged-race, the slug and spoon, parallet bar, and the freestyle.

RE: what enhances ''status''?

Just like in the swimming, the Chinese team will try to cheat...

RE: what enhances ''status''?

By jove old chap, a slugfest is most certainly called for. I'll tell all my chums at the polo club about it, should be a smashing evening.

RE: what enhances ''status''?

Yeah, having a fair sized slug always helps.

RE: How's your week-end going?

I'm good thanks Alli.

RE: what enhances ''status''?

I think getting a polish wins... Just sayin'

RE: what enhances ''status''?

Getting a polish.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

Good for you. Enjoy. Live life long. Over there preferably.

RE: Bo Jo isreleased from hospital

Hope the man is ok. And his family.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

Good point Ches, if its knowledge not a viewpoint does it make things worse?
I think the scientist thhing is a bit of a double negative, like when did you stop lying about bashing yout wife? It has no answer really.

RE: Tim Brooke-Taylor dies with coronavirus, aged 79

Thats very sad, the Goodies were fantastic. How funny was the South African episode with white coffee? They were very clever and funny, its a big loss.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

Well... You havent got me on chemistry yet. Just tried to twist things up, admittedly in a very determined manner, and points for that.

And steering it away from the original topic, I always find that a bland excuse for not having a genuine reasoning. Like spelling mistakes or typos, when there's nothing else to nitpick.

But yeah, you like conspiracy theories I thnk they're usually pretty stupid. At this point maybe we agree to disagree. Fortunately out borders are closed, long may it continue.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

It appeared to be peer reviewed research, one learns about that first year, along with referencing, so two ticks there...

A lead compound? OK now I'd really have to think... Elemental lead is not as harmfull as lead phosphate, I think it was at Esperance port birds were dropping out of the sky from exposure, I personally know people with lead bullets in them from many years ago... Its very harmful for children, affects their learning, not so bad for adults.

Look at the chemical formula for a medication, often they're very complicated. they have a magnesium here or a whatever else there. Sometimes, like with lithium we dont actually know why it works at all, but we know it works.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

I have hexy, google scholar is great right? I doubt you'd actually understand much of that.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

Salmon has its own issues too, farmed salmon has huge environmental impacts, wild caught depletes the gene pool etc.

Fast growing is the most sustainable, but even then us humans are taking a bit much.

RE: " Here's what we know ..."

Can you, or can you not, name ANY compound of mercury that is not poisonous or injurious to human health!

Off the top of my head no, that wasn't what I studied. But, if a compound contains mercury that does not always make it toxic... Mercury amalgum tooth fillings for example. Without bashing the books, a mixture of silver mercury whatever, makes it stable. Like an aluminium fry pan or whatever, or like elemental lead being less harmfull than lead phosphate etc.

As I was hinting before, just because an element can be very dangerous and poison, sodium chloride for example, both are toxic but together in that form are essential for us to live.

There's chromium in stainless steel, a very nasty thing, but I bet your knives and forks are all stainless steel.
