HE is a practical joker

I am convinced of it. I met a perfect woman. Single, sweet, well educated and gorgeous too. There is a catch.

She has a bad heart valve and a normal blood pressure of 96 over 82. Tick Tock. Make every second count because the sands in the hourglass may soon be spent.
