i live on the other side of the Delaware River. we mix with both NJ and NY. property and taxes are less so we have many commuters. there are many PA residents who want to close our border. this is the UNITED states so we take the poison together.

Trump is an ongoing danger to this country. I've said that since the beginning of his term,
and it was predictable, that he would fumble his first real challenge.
His presidential scores were the lowest of ANY US president in history and that was long before his impeachment. Those scores have certainly gone even lower. Just about everything he has done
since then, has been horrible.
All the same you can't deflect from the facts. New York's problems are mostly of their leadership's poor reaction and ill-preparedness. Declining in recent years to stock up sufficiently on ventilators despite being strongly advised to do so. Then State leadership encouraging NY citizens to socialize throughout February and March. Unconscionable considering the high population density and thus increased susceptibility to the virus. Trump has bent over backwards to help NY regardless. Which is as it should be. But Trump is in no way responsible for the failures at local level. Nice to see that now - thanks to the Trump admin getting so many ventilators to NY - that now NY has considerably more than they need and are giving some to other areas of the nation that are in need

In my life I have voted Republican, Democrat & Independent, depending upon who was running for what office.
I think it is dumb to be loyal to any political party.
They often have agendas.
It just might SEEM that way to you,
because the republican party has progressively gotten worse & worse as each year goes on.
Trump is simply THE WORST US president in history. That is a fact.
People far more qualified than anyone (myself included) on here determined this.
I usually don't even get into politics. But, Trump's corruption & ineptness have inspired me to
speak out against him and the party who enables his evil.
