Needs To Be Seen Again And Again And Again Until Americans Learn The Truth

He realizes that he is not one of the sheep that blindly follow the lies of the Democrat party that have hornswoggled blacks for decades.
This gentleman is obvious not a stupid person as some have called the Trump supporters............peace
I was waiting for him to say something, but he didn't.

I agree benefit systems are designed to keep people in poverty, but it's important to have a safety net against destitution and starvation. He didn't say anything about how the system could be changed to both protect people and enable them to progress beyond poverty.

The history lesson also omitted how each party has evolved their ethos in a bid to procure power and that Abraham Lincoln didn't have the idyllic concept of emancipation that the senator tried to project.

This commercial is nothing more than romanticised rhetoric.
At least you didn't call him an Uncle Tom or say he wasn't black. roll eyes

"If you want safe streets, you gotta vote Republican." Civil rights lawyer Leo Terrell says Black Lives Matter doesn't "care about the Black lives of that 7-year-old girl in Chicago, or the 6-year-old in New York.” It’s “ultimate goal is to tear down the American institution.”

Yes, a long time ago, the Republican party WAS the progressive party and the Democrat party was the conservative party. But, that switched quite a while ago.

Lets talk about the current situation.
Trump, gives huge permanent tax breaks to the rich, so they have more and the poor have less, and leave the country unprepared for Covid-19 so that those living in densely populated urban areas are disproportionately affected, and fight to keep statues of slave owners and Confederate generals and flags. Not to mention all those little c's on the applications from blacks who were refused from renting Trump's apartments, plus coddling the KKK, Alt-right & Neo-Nazis. Yeah, that's the way to show how important blacks are to you. roll eyes thumbs down

I assume that was directed at my comment given it was under mine and my comment was the only critique of the commercial to that point.

Your comment suggests that you think my comment was racially prejudiced. Can you expand your comment and explain your reasoning for it please, Soon.
You want to believe in racial equality because you can't help being white. All the white kudos that gives a stupid white man a job in Asia is inverted in the postmodern west, white is a reason that you're categorically wrong and to blame as a type of compensation for that white dickhead who gets a job in Asia based upon white Kudos. The old view that white meant talented(that still exists globally)is redressed by white meaning sinner in the modern west. The least talented able to adapt - blacks - are our fault. It is our fault that their outcomes are shit globally.
"how the system could be changed to both protect people and enable them to progress beyond poverty."

He stated blacks, or any color for that matter should be offended by the system that intends to control you.It is despicable.

Surprise! Guns protect you and your rights, (family, neighborhood and business)and the change of power enables a higher standard of living and education.
Instead of politicizing humanitarian efforts or creating dependency (charity fraud) as such.It is accountability and sustainability within the family or neighborhood co-operative; Co-op gardens and food sources, lenders and the employers.
A political movement is a collective attempt by a group of people to change government policy or society with mainly political goals. "Political movements" are usually in opposition to an element of the status quo and are often associated with a certain ideology.
Which is fighting against corporate gains.^^^
Basically put we're cornered by a belief in racial equality. If you're maintaining this then the difference in outcome must be a result of opportunity the system working against some to the benefit of others. Not that it can't be this. Black and slow could exist independently of police officers who bully and mistreat defenceless prisoners. I really believe that it does. I really don't believe they're as able to adapt to the 21st century as the Orientals, I don't believe that Caucasians are. Smaller frame and looking a bit more like a girl, near-sightedness that's well evolved to this world of technology and a little smartphone right there infront of you. Minituarisation suits them first and black people last.

Signs of a poverty mentality:
Belief that you are a victim of others' decisions and choices.
Fear of spending money on non-essentials.
Constant search for cheapest alternative, even if a discomfort.
Obsession with getting “deals” and free entry.
Belief that you're lucky when you succeed, incompetent when you fail.

Like Sims ...quit this is insulting.. please.blues
If you know what the working class are and you know what a man is it is from this perspective that we must fear for the future of black men. The creeping dominance of the cerebral and the effeminate, black men don't get on so well in today's world for the same reason that women and ungainly children get on better.
Oh, dumb labor.thumbs down doh
And it's not like this hasn't happened before. Girly British redcoats colonised Africa because some nerd invented them a gun. And where are the masculine Zulu warriors now? It's the same story today but even more pronounced than it was then. What nerds invent doesn't actually suit earthier peoples at all.
Could you lower the bar ridiculously low please, then it would not require the existence of humans at all.
You are not credible describing devolving.

Where you live now...what do you see out your windows Chesney?
This is sounding a little like Gulliver's travels.
Maybe I will post a typical New York Street and observe your hypotheses.

And this is why I support 6 months on a plantation for all. I've no respect for the shit for souls who came of age after national service. No, you gel society through that common struggle that really was a struggle. Let no person use the word privilege without first knowing what really hard is.
hug Daears
wink I AM priviledged with such knowledge.
Ya freak! laugh
I've just watched the commercial again to make sure, but the senator didn't mention any of those things in your comment.

The commercial allows the viewer to believe they have understood the message, but in reality they have just filled in the gaps from their own value framework and with leaps of logic. Your ideas are not necessarily the same as the senator's, nor the republican party's, but you can pick out enough words and assumed policy to put your own picture together.

The two things the senator talked about was the historical ethos of the Republican party which no longer applies and how social assistance maintains poverty without addressing how the republican party intends to create change to the welfare system.

The subliminal messages in the commercial are very well thought out, however. The senator is a handsome and dapper black man, not only with excellent oratory skills, but a divine voice. He speaks in a house of worship appealing to the devout and references spirituality. He says a lot of key words relating to black struggle such as slavery, emancipation, power, freedom. The viewer is not supposed to assess the content, substance, or reality of the message, but simply to be drawn in on an emotional and visceral level to vote for one party which is perhaps every bit as fraudulent as the other in terms racial equality.
The senator is a handsome and dapper black man, not only with excellent oratory skills, but a divine voice.
And your interpretation was??
National service might have to be the answer because liberals don't know their head from their arse. If we do nothing we will see Metoo and BLM joining forces like the Turkey and Christmas day. The feminist women in alliance with the group with the most rapists like an Aunty Tam selling all other women down the river. And they're in a fight with the police that are if anything pro-female.

If there's a woman willing to cry for you you can break into the home of a 15 year old boy and beat him to a bloody pulp on a Sunday Afternoon. Why? Because a woman's tears mean more than real evidence ever could. If the arresting officer is female she might even arrest the battered underage victim attacked in his own home and not the fully grown aggressor with a history of violence - because of his daughters tears.
A male police officer turned up eventually and arrested the attacker but the woman would have arrested the underage victim attacked in his own home. She wasn't even going to arrest us both. She was literally forcing my head into the back of the police car as another officer ran over screaming wtf is going on. She was forced into issuing a full and frank apology to me after, but that's not the point. A woman's tears should never have counted as real evidence and the sole evidence at that.
And what was the crime? A houseparty the night before where the music was too loud for that miserable c*nt. Of course you break into that neighbour's and beat the living daylights out of their 15 year old son. What's not proportionate about that
...in the latter part of the paragraph.

"Guillory has married four times; all of them ended in divorce. His avocation is mountain climbing. Not only has he reached the summit of Mount Rainier in Washington state and Denali in Alaska, but he also has climbed his "namesake" Mount Elbert, the apex of the Colorado Rockies." He served in the military: Vietnam War.
Guillory's conservative political philosophy was indicated in his pre-2007 membership in the Republican Party, according to the Daily Kos, Guillory explained his 2013 party switch in a 4-minute 17-second video widely circulated in state and national media outlets, including the radio programs of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Moon Griffon as well as by Neil Cavuto on Fox News. The video was viewed on YouTube within the first three days by nearly 500,000. Filmed in the rear of the Senate chamber, the video calls the Democrats "the party of Jim Crow" and depicts "the party of freedom and progress" as the Republicans. Guillory called his switch "not only right for me, but for all of my brothers and sisters in the black community" as he left the Democrats for the Republicans.

Guillory has served on the boards of directors for the Saint Landry Parish Chamber of Commerce, the local Salvation Army, the Saint Landry Parish Indigent Defenders, and the Opelousas Daily World newspaper. He is a Rotarian and a supporter of the American Cancer Society. Guillory is Roman Catholic like his father, being an active member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Opelousas.

Elbert Guillory is the brother-in-law of the late Jane Nora "Genore" Guillory (1958–2000), who was brutally murdered in East Feliciana Parish. Senator Guillory and his daughter, Imani Malique Guillory, were interviewed in Investigation Discovery's 2013 Southern Fried Homicide documentary on the murder. Four of Genore's neighbors were convicted in her death.

He fascinates me with how this dovetails personally for a man of conviction.
Thank you for the video and the encouragement to dig deeper into what drives politicians these days.

thumbs up
I think I can look at this Statesman and in the positive sense he reflects pride and integrity.
Of course he will at anytime be judged on merit.

@Ash...

I have no idea why you quoted part of the latter part of my last paragraph and then copy and pasted a load of stuff about the senator's achievements.

It doesn't change the commercial which is still a psychological tool to procure votes with no meaningful content on a political level.
head banger GO americans ...like every day is a good day!
If your politicians are commercials I feel sorry for 'ya.
Too many cartoons you are watching.

Real people talking here.
Beyond their looks, just saying.applause
