Ghost Guns...
Basically, it's a term to describe a gun assembled from parts (usually bought online) and has no manufacturers serial number. By purchasing a kit or individual parts, someone can build a gun that cannot be traced back to a manufacturer or gun sale allowing the owner/purchaser to get around the legality of registering the firearm.That's a new twist on the phrase "If guns were outlawed, only outlaws would have guns."

Purchase of parts should also require proper gun registration
and have engraved numbers traceable to the manufacturer and individual ones traceable to the buyer.
