is it really required? out here, CEOs of top 5 banks are women.

There should be laws against silly politicians !

When you don't have women employed, no women shareholders, and perhaps in some field which you'll be surprised if you found any women holding interest or qualification. Pick some random women off the street, just to make some byurocrats happy ?!
What? Qualifications? Don't be silly! Who cares if you dropped out of high school. Your as woman and we need one more to get the 40% laugh laugh rolling on the floor laughing doh frustrated drinking sleep
Hmmm. . . As long as they are qualified it does not mater if they are male or female.
But however the chance to run for diplomat, senate or even president ellection should be made wide open for anyone who fits the qualifications.
There are a lot of qualified women - the problem is that they are not hired because they "might become pregnant".
I absolutely think more women are needed in big business - because of their different goals and drive.
