Wine & Journey (3)---Honey
Honey is too sweet, so perhaps it tastes better to mix it with vinegar. A little sweet, a little sour. I quite like its taste. One friend asked how love feels. I said: “Add some honey to the water, add some vinegar to the water, drink it and then you will know.”
So it is like this: Water---Honey---Vinegar---Wine---Tea.
While everybody asks whether he is rich, who will ask whether he is kind-hearted.
While everybody asks whether she is beautiful, who will ask whether she is pure-minded.

Yes, just like what you said: "From tasteless to sweet to sour to drunk and woozy and then get sober and clear headed when the taste weaken down, and donw..it will taste like water over again." That's what I want to tell.
But it seems that some people do not understand it and wrote some funny comment which only demonstrates that they do not understand.

I like honey and whiskey together everything seems to become funny at that point
As always, love your writing. You are very good at making poetic metaphors.....and, even though that other guy didnt really understand your blog, I actually thought the information he wrote was intersting, because I have been looking to explore different types of teas and wines
I can't bear the smell of vinegar, I gag instantly, even the apple cider kind...my mom used to use it to clean the coffee pot when I was little, and it made the whole house smell all day
Drea111. poetic metaphors??? I just think that, in order to save my time, I need to type short sentences.
Yes, his information is very interesting, if he can make it shorter and use some capitals… and break it to several paragraphs…
Both tea and wine have long and plentiful cultures… But I do not know them and I am not interesting in them… You can google them or buy some books about them… and for me, I only care about the outside things, such as: do they taste good? Are they healthy? But when coming to culture, wow… feel sleepy… (I am skin-deep)
and apple cider vinegar tastes very good. Couldn’t resist its charm. I like vinegar more than wine. Yes, I can not bear the smell of vinegar, but if you dilute it with water or honey or other things, it smells good!!!
And I learn what simile is too. But perhaps I will mix them in the future... Lol.. Don't know much about these figures of speech.
Thank you...
