First thing that pops in me mind after readin this is: Takin off the shirt simply doesn't work with the ladies... let's give 'em gullible girlies what they want ... that being the nonsense u wrote here!
In anycase, I wanna believe that what u said is all in good faith and u really is disturbed by girls acting provocativly ....
Thing is that, what guarantee do u have that a decently-clothed girl is indeed in for a serious relationship? alright, u might say, odds are that a girl with a more decent picture is in for serious stuff more than the counterpart; lemme tell ya that that's only an assumption!
Some girls do think that that is the way to attract a guys attention without actually realising what sort of attention they'd be attracting like that! Others like it and are confident enough to do it ...In both case, what is done is no harm and was done in good faith ....

guess women feel the same way when a guy is posing without a shirt: the impression one gets is, Hey !!!! look at me I'm sooo hot...When infact if he kept his shirt on he could have attracted more women, so looks are not everything, most of us agree that there needs to be a lot more substance to hold attention and keep the attraction...
