We have those days where we're not sure of...something or someone is holding us back. People tell us what to do or what not to do. We want someone to encourage us to... BUT...what about yourself!
We are our own worst critic...
How about we be our best critic.
Write a letter to youself to look back on when you are feeling blah & when you read it, be proud of what you've done & accomplished. Give yourself your seal of approval.
