TRY to look at the bright side

the negative aspects of anything.
A few even dwell on the negativity.
It's like they aren't happy unless they're complaining.
I tend to stay away from those types.
Honestly, I'd rather not get invited to a pity party.
From my perspective life is too short
to waste it on lamenting the past anyway.
Be thankful you are alive
and able to move on with your life
to a better place and time.
While history does have a tendency
to repeat itself.
You are now better equipped to handle it better.
Live & learn !
Change is inevitable, while growth IS possible.

M - to help us all see the bright side of complaining, please explain it.
When i know i can, i normally don't need to excercise it very often. But now and then its good to let it out, but for me 5min is enough then with a good listener.
