Keep distance to your problems and then approach them slowly while you try to think clearly about reasons. Pick a minor problem of all your trouble and solve it. You will see it´s easy, and doing this you can define methods to take greater challenges. Maybe you need help from somebody, just ask that person. It will be happy to give you a hand. hug
