His driving licence picture
A guy in Sweden spent 100 hours painting a self portrait which he submitted with his driving licence application, it was accepted so he now has a painting on his driving licence

though if he painted himself and others from the photo at first which I think he did and then made a photo of a painting that will be a double job, he could sent the first photo instead but then it would be no publicity. I doubt if those 10 people will sit before him 100 hours while he paints them, they have to send their photos. Anyway, why not? He is clever in more than one sense.
