My 25 year old son and his g/friend went and saw it, His report was that he was disappointed in it as he thought it would be very similar to the "lord of the rings" type story-line, well at least in reckonizing the other stories.
Apart from that he thought it was ok.
He did say there was a very wide variety of age groups there as well.
Hope that helps.....
Im hoping to get a comparison with Harry potter on a fear level
Google it if you dont know it.
Its about 25-30 year old, but is an absolute corker for the laughs and still a decent movie by todays standard i think.....
Is the Hobbit a Trilogy as well
I want to see a movie I havent seen Im sick of showing them old ones.
the last one I showed was ghost busters.
Was my face red when the ghost appered to give Dan Aykroyd a BJ
Oh the questions
how the divel are ya
Will you share my strawberry and mint pizza
I guess I will have to wait. As you said I'm not one for cliff hanger endings.
Any other kids epics I suppose its a Star-wars fest for us so.
For kids is a plus...for adults...no comment.
i'll leave you guys to chat with the pretty Migsy....
Migsy Shhhhhhh
glad to see you made a full recovery form your trip to the bank
There are 9 clips on IMDB that will give you an idea.
Few battle scenes, but no mindless slaughter.
This sunshine is a nice surprise Dont you think.
the problem is I dont want to spoil it for myself by watching trailers.
Guess im being lazy
Migsy how many narnia films are there
More like Slapstick to me, but to each its own when it comes to taste in movies.
I think the earlier one were a lot better.
very interesting.
How about "X-Men" ?
DELTA would it make sense to run it into lord of the rings if part of the hobbit story is missing.
But just info it is still related in Lord of the ring cos some of players at Lord of the ring play at hobit too, see it at 3D would be more fun
Kids
hope your well
So He wont go to 3d
Have a nice sleep and sweet dreams
I have read the book and find it hard to imagine it dragged out to 3 films. I personally think its a money spinner.
Considering the size of the book compared to Lord of the Rings. which was also 3 films
And offcourse by splitting it up in 3 parts they'll make allot more money out of it.
I'm afraid I'm just me.
Perhaps in a parallel dimension I am he.
Im more like this guy
