How to get rid of the gym
Today I am going to share with my readers a few tips and tricks that I follow in my personal life to stay fit.1. Keep your car in the garage, forget public conveyance, and take out your bike ( commonly known as the bicycle or simply a cycle outside usa ) or walk. The soaring gas ( commonly known as petrol outside usa ) prices also act as an inspiration in my case!
2. Climb stairs instead of taking the elevator and also the escalator ( commonly known as the lift and running stairs respectively outside usa ).
3. Engage in some free-hand exercises daily which are done without any machines and aids. Now-a-days I do not even take out my skipping rope and imagine ( artificial reflex / conditioning ) as if a rope is there while performing the exercise.
4. when I was a kid I used to hear an old american proverb ( vide "poor richard's almanack" by benjamin franklin ). Many people told us "early to bed and early to rise, makes a person healthy and wealthy and wise". A good night's sleep was also recommended by the general practitioner before our exams. Nature designed our bodies in such a way that adopting the night owl's lifestyle will only result in distress eventually. In other words, not getting a sleep of eight hours per day on a regular basis and indulging in frequent late-night parties will only have serious repercussions on our health. And we are already aware of the high attrition rate of those ( security services ) who have to keep awake at night. Though I shunned my slumber for good movies like "the terminal" and "forrest gump" in the past, with the easy availability of dth-HDdvr ( direct to home - high definition digital video recording ) services, I simply press the R-button ( record ) and the EPG ( electronic programing guide ) schedules the rest - and they do have a nifty lil' application for my ( not-so-smart ) phone ( aka dumb-berry! ) too for rec-on-the-go!!
5. Use natural detox ( detoxification ) methods like jogging in a park to breathe clean air and practice yoga ( meditation ). Perhaps one of the most articulately marketed albeit useless services is the spa. No anti-aging cream, no spa service, and no salon or parlor could ever match the natural radiance and healthy glow in your skin if you follow healthy eating habits and naturally detox your body. To summarize, the spa-owners always cash in on the fame-and-fad hungry mindset of people who are always ready to try everything and anything to remain a subject of peer gossip. For instance, several states of usa and canadian provinces banned fish spa services and the health protection agency of the uk government also issues public warnings at regular intervals, such as - the risk of spreading hiv and hepatitis can not be completely excluded ( sic ).

i must admit that is indeed very weird.
we are trying to raise awareness and forming a public consensus about constructing exclusive bicycle lanes similar to netherlands.
this blog is based on the principle of "a stitch in time saves nine" ie being pro-active.
sometimes it is advisable to follow a guided fitness regime. i joined gym a couple of years ago to have a healthy bmi and not for six packs. i did not hesitate to hire a personal fitness coach. but when i achieved my goal i left the gym and opted for natural ways to stay fit as stated above.
Gym is a rip off. I used to go to gym and had some real snazzy muscles but then I did not pay them and the repossessed the muscles.
i still have several large whey protein containers which i use as jars for uncooked rice.
Good one,
Retirement is not all its cracked up to be it can be lonely and maybe go days without talking to anyone, so yes out and about is good. But I do not go on all those machine things I can walk along the coast fast or slow getting sea air in and avoiding the sea gull sh-t
even dancing is also a good exercise.
Now I have to argue against your blanket authority on what tastes bad is good for you. Hmnnn I don't want to disappoint you but cow dung is not for me? But I hear you. Bitter melon. Aj. My favourite. At best moderation is the key. Balance is next. What your body burns will make you healthy
Greater blog aj
obviously you have to read in context!!
all kinds of bitter vegetables including neem leaves ( fried neem leaves is a popular appetizer in India ) and also dark chocolates are my favorite too.
