Long hair or short?
Heading into the season of mists and fine rain and my hair is already rioting.
For the next 6 months when it is dry I will look like a dandelion OR when I am caught in the rain I will look like a drowned rat. 
Oh, and I took a photo on the new phone. With hat. This photo is so fresh the paint is still wet.
I LOVE my hat, it is so ugly it's cute, but I'd love a second opinion - Hat? Puffball? Or chop my hair short?

Better late than never. When I was actually at school I was always in trouble - apparently I looked cheeky even when I thought I was looking serious and respectful.
Although apparently I'm not serious enough at work ...

I think you should just cut it all off!
That way you want have to worry about it getting wet! Looking bad all day. Nor even having to style it nor washing it.

But i would say "chop chop" without shortening the length
Leave your hair long.
Long hair is more versatile, and needs less cutting to keep the style.
Men usually seem to prefer longer hair too

The Hat, maybe folded nicely at the top of the closet.
If you feel that now is time for some changes, then better way is start with chopping your hair.
