As I read it, Putin whilst talking about the capabilities of their cruise missiles says, whilst the missiles can be loaded with either conventional or nuclear warheads he hopes the nuclear option will not be needed against ISIS, not sure that amounts to a warning of there use

Nukes are not foractually using. It is just there to intimidate others...unless it is in the hands of some deranged idiot. Putin seems fairly sane and intelligent so don't think we need to worry too much. Just checking quickly how far I am from Syria...for in case.

All, two wrongs of course don't make a right, as we all heard from our grannies. But if Daesh/ISIL had such ordnance, who doubts they'd hesitate to put one in one of our hospitals, schools, malls, subways (UG'S), etc? The West still has "small" tactical (ground artillery shell)devices and neutron ones as well. Where are our needed talented statesmen and women?
