We'ed still have homeless people,unemployed,people struggling to make ends meet.Almost forgot that we'll always be in wars cause it's always been a big money maker for the US.

I think Bernie is different...you can see his passion and humanity...but I do agree that most are untrustable...as you listed here...
Perhaps Republicans and Democrats will try to work together this time...Donald was elected as a protest towards the politicians and government...

It was as if they had felt as if they had been bullied by Trump. Maybe it was just my imagination but that had how it appeared to me.
I think Jeb and co. never thought that style of politics or mud slinging could be possible...Jeb looked particularly upset and horrified...

Both parties act like spoiled brats.Now that I've thought about it they act actually worse.
But here's a fact you have to accept. He's our president and he's the leader. I'm sure we can debate endlessly how bad he us, how good he is, etc. But the fact of the matter us, we won.
So far, he's doing a good job as far as I'm concerned. He's not perfect, but let him run his leadership as he deserves.
Now for those who think there's not going to change is wrong. Whoever is elected there's always change. For good or better. Nothing is stagnant, at least my hopes as the rest of those who voted for him, we're hoping to be better.
Give him a chance and go from there.

I agree both sides are rather tedious in their behaviour but Trump has a style all his own...remember the comment regarding Marco Rubio's appendage?...a whole new level...but I did laugh when Clinton called Trump supporters a basket of deplorable...just thought it was the truth...after all David Duke likes Trump and his nationalistic pride...and apparently so do others...
Watch the video...the man makes sense...but again you are afraid of Muslims and your national security...building walls does not work...remember the joyful celebration in ridding the Berlin Wall?...Americans rejoiced...kind of funny don't you think...
If you think Trump's cabinet actually care about you think again...the rich will get richer and you will be paying for those tax breaks that Trump has mentioned regarding corporations...your environment will be ruined...remember Flint Michigan?...
As Sanders mentioned...the cabinet is filled with billionaires and millionaires...how do you think they got that rich?...
I certainly hope that they are not gearing up for another war...but it seems like it...but you trust Trump and defend his lack of truthfulness...not to mention his foul mouth...
But I wish the American experiment well...I do not wish more hardships on the American people...
By the way I saw how your government is also strained of immigration problems right now as the whole of Europe. Did you see how Merkel are deporting so many of them?
First and foremost Californians cannot be described as communists...yes left thinking but not as you describe...caring about social programs staying intact is not the same as communism...think socialism...a community thrives when we recognize that all people matter...
Canada is facing back logs regarding the processing of refugee applications...specifically private sponsored refugee applicants (a cap was set) but we have a double the expected admissions in 2017 in comparison to 2015...according to CBC news...
Merkel may have jumped the gun...it does make good economic sense to allow refugees in when a country is faced with a shortage of people of working age...but I doubt the sheer amount of deported or soon to be deported refugees reflect the few refugees that caused trouble/broke the law...Merkel wants to save her job and keep those concerned people happy...politics at play...
Lets not get too hysterical...plenty of good people around here from every group...peace is much more pleasant idea for most...

Irregardless of said predictions concerning Sweden...capitalism is not working either for most...the continuum needs a balance of both schools of thought...my point is that we need to study the success stories of others and adopt what works...
Too bad the political parties are too concerned with them against us attitudes to actually work together as a united front...which would explain why Obama wasn't as successful in his job...I doubt anyone wanted to be in his shoes after the Bush era...
