Solar eclipse.....

joining family tomorrow on Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park to enjoy this rare 2 minute astrophysical phenomenon. But I also marvel at the ability of so called primitive cultures to have predicted these events with accuracy. No chaos there. Aa.

Fake news, fake science.....

Who hasn't heard it a million times? "Studies show"---global warming is real and man made. Children in homosexual unions are as normally adjusted as those in normal relationships with a real mom and dad. The stock market is economically efficient. Charter and private schools are much worse than government schools in educating our kids. There are no differences between the races in how successful cultures are. Illegal immigration is not a net drain on the economy. Lots more. Typically, these research results come from universities or "independent" research places. The staff there, typically, are overwhelmingly of liberal sentientalities. At every step of any research project, lots of judgement can enter in to bias the effort. At the idea stage, where hypotheses and theories are used to help decide whether an investigation makes sense. In obtaining funding and research staff. In gathering data, especially using questionnaires. In making adjustments to how research is conducted. You might think that statistical analysis of data would be above board, but even, perhaps especially here, political views can enter in. And, interpretation of results is just that---interpretation. Where to present and publish these bring about further possibilities for bias. All not to mention the biases these researches indoctrinate into their students while teaching, and while being interwiewed by, you guessed it, the alt-left biased media. Finally, who pays the piper still calls the tune. Of course, biases enter into science on all sides of the political spectrum. But only one side predominates in numbers, and has the media in its pockets. Aa.

global warming...what do you think?

Harvey producing over 4' of rain in places in Texas and now Irma sustaining 180 mile an hour winds with gust over 200 mph. Not to mention, warmer ocean waters.

What do you think? Is this proof of global warming?

Not to mention, the hurricane season is just starting.

Hydroplate Theory -

The trailer -

The entire presentation -

I was going suggest these vids on Simon's 'Evolution vs God - REPLY' blog but thought the information merited a blog of it's own.

Accept it or not, it is well presented and lays out a comprehensive & far reaching alternative interpretation of what we see all around us...

* The Earth's core & mantle.
* The origin of Earth's radioactivity.
* Ocean sediments.
* Formation of the Grand Canyon & other surface features.
* Coal & fossils.
* Frozen, but unfossilized, Arctic mammoths.
* Distribution of craters on the moon.
* The origin of meteors, asteroids, comets & trans-Neptunian objects.
* Why it took many centuries and a variety of methods among many cultures to develop a 365 1/4 day calendar.
* More.

I'm not going to attempt to defend the theory's assertions point by point.
The presentation speaks for itself.

If you have an inquiring mind, and want to know - go ahead & have a look.

Yeah. It's long.
It's broken into six presentations - plus two special presentations on 'The Origin Of Earth's Radioactivity' and 'Origin Of Meteors, Asteroids, Comets & Trans-Neptunian Objects'.
Those interested can watch individual segments as time allows.

Enjoy!

BAN DHMO...NOW!!

JOIN THE MOVEMENT TO STOP THIS INVISIBLE KILLER!

Dihydrogen monoxide (DHMO) is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and kills uncounted thousands of people every year.
Most of these deaths are caused by accidental inhalation of DHMO, but its dangers do not end there.

Prolonged exposure to its solid form causes severe tissue damage.

Symptoms of DHMO ingestion can include excessive sweating and urination, and possibly a bloated feeling, nausea, vomiting and body electrolyte imbalance.
For the DHMO dependent, withdrawal means certain death.

DHMO :

*is also known as hydroxyl acid, and is the major component of acid rain.

*produces more "greenhouse effect" than CO2.

*may cause severe burns.

*contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.

*accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.

*may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.

*has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.

CONTAMINATION IS REACHING EPIDEMIC PROPORTIONS!

Quantities of DHMO have been found in almost every stream, lake, and reservoir in America today.
But the pollution is global, and the contaminant has even been found in Antarctic ice.
DHMO has caused millions of dollars of property damage in the midwest, and more recently in California.

DESPITE THE DANGER, DHMO IS OFTEN USED:

*as an industrial solvent and coolant.

*in nuclear power plants.

*in the production of styrofoam.

*as a fire retardant.

*in the distribution of pesticides; even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.

*as an additive in many "junk-foods" and other food products.

Companies dump waste DHMO into rivers and the ocean and nothing can be done to stop them because this practice remains legal.
The impact on wildlife is extreme.
We cannot and must not ignore it any longer!

THE HORROR MUST BE STOPPED!

The American government has refused to ban the production, distribution, or use of this damaging chemical due to its "importance to the economic health of the nation."

The navy and other military organizations are conducting experiments with DHMO and designing multi-billion dollar devices to control and utilize it during warfare situations.
Hundreds of military research facilities receive tons of it through a highly sophisticated underground distribution network.
Large quantities are stored for future use.

STOP THE INSANITY...IT'S NOT TOO LATE!

Act NOW to prevent further contamination.
Find out more about this dangerous chemical.
What you don't know CAN hurt you - and others throughout the world.

ragiya and gravitons, implications

It is hard to list Man's most important discoveries. It is super embarrassing when we realize we keep learning things, then forgetting them only to realize it was all written down tens of centuries ago and we as a species were just too stupid to understand what was plainly written long, long ago.
Archaeology began as a science sometime in the 1600s. It's early goal was not just the study of ancient civilizations, but rather instead to construct a timeline of them that fit in with the Bible teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Churches funded much of the early research and published many findings we know today to be pure balderdash. Originally church 'scientists' claimed Man was only about 5,000 years old as a species. Since this fit nicely in the Biblical timeline it was for centuries so taught in school. Later of course deductive reason, new concepts, and new discoveries had by the early 20th century resulted in teachings Man was 20,000 years old and reality conflicts with biblical timelines were blamed on poor translations and a lack of understanding of the Word. Again Balderdash.
Today we know more. We know human skeletons just like our own have been found and dated as being 200,000 years old. We know we coexisted side by side with various other hominid species on this world. We can prove sometimes Man and Neanderthal lived together and actually mated. We know something really bad happened around 85,000 BC and all the other Hominid species died and even we shrank from several hundred thousand pairs to only about 1,000 breeding pairs on the whole planet. Then came the last great ice age and whatever there had been went under a half mile of grinding ice that erased any traces of a civilization. Only o*al tales remained for a long time.
What of the Bible you ask? Well ignoring the events of the First Council of Nicea, at it's core the Bible is based on the old Hebrew scriptures. They themselves had been mostly o*al and weren't compiled and written until the 3rd century AD. Early church financed archaeologists had accepted the Hebrew as a historical account. Today we know that somewhere in changing from an o*al history to a written one many truths were forgotten or distorted by the committee that chose which lines to keep and which ones sounded better.
Even more shattering is the relatively (past 40 years) discovery that the Hebrew scriptures were and are simply badly plagiarized excerpts of older tablet texts of the Sumer people who had themselves expended great effort into putting everything known onto clay tablets (millions of them) and buried them in underground libraries. After the great flood when the ice wall holding back the waters covering Europe and most of Asia broke (around 15,000 BC) the flooded Sumer civilization ceased to be and refugees settled in what we later called Mesopotamia and Babylon and Egypt. Amongst the Sumerian refugees in Egypt was a man named Abraham. Things were happening in Egypt and what became Lebanon and the time of the great lament (millions dying) was at hand. Abraham tweaked some of the older teachings and came up with a short hand o*al history of what had been before. Today we call that Genesis.Others continued the work after Abraham had passed, but it was an o*al history passed down from father to son in continuously longer and longer recitals as more and more was added. Without boring details, the tribes of Hebrews split up and dispersed, so that 2 or 3 thousand years later there were different o*al history versions.
On of the very early Genesis concepts which has caused much debate is the use of the Hebrew word Ragiya. Loosely the word translates in English as firmament. You will find it early on Genesis 1:6 and up to about 1:20. In 1:20 we see birds fly UPON the ragiya, not in it, so the firmament is not atmosphere. It is not earth either as the passages describe the earth dividing the waters. .End part 1

water and continents on Mars

Going through some recent antiques I acquired, I was flipping through a magazine from February 1890, named Demorest's Family Magazine. It is mostly a fashion type magazine. What caught my attention was an article named A Voyage Through Space. I was sort of curious what they thought back then about space and read through it.

I thought it was kinda funny about the planet Venus. They mention that the ancient people knew it as "Dawnbringer" (in Latin, Lucifer). Is that why women are suppose to be from Venus? rolling on the floor laughing tongue

Anyway, I got on to the information about Mars. They mention with the telescopes they have (during the late 1800's), Mars was the planet they had the most detailed information about its surface.

I am going to highlight some of the interesting things it says in this article about Mars:

They say, besides the moon, Mars is the only heavenly body that the surface has been mapped.

Surface is covered with lighter and darker spots, some spots are unchanging, and are solid and definitely parts of Mar's surface. Others alter and vary considerably and therefore must be the nature of clouds.

We can with safety aver that Mars, like earth, contains seas, continents, and islands, as well as an atmosphere containing water vapor in the shape of clouds.

The changes of seasons, and especially the variableness of the snow and ice at the poles of Mars, can be watched by astronomers.

At both poles of the planet are two white, shining spots of which usually only one is visible at a time. These poles do change with the seasons. (winter they grow bigger, summer they melt and get smaller)

Thus, we know there is snow and ice on Mars and clouds arise from it clearly seen.

It has long been known that continents, seas, and rivers compose Mar's surface.

On Mars, there are many conditions for life as we know it, and we have therefore some reason to suppose that there are beings similar to ourselves.

In last few years, Italian astronomer Schiaparelli...provided a drawing of Mar's surface showing: dark bodies of water, and brighter continents.

On Mars, continents are separated by narrow bodies of water.

A strange discovery by Schiaparelli shows the water canals double...each canal is precisely similar to each other...running parallel. This is seen depending on the season and remains an enigma.

That is about it in this article.

Some interesting stuff I thought from 1890....much of which I have not heard anything about in today's age.

Concerning in Cuba?

I have heard bits and pieces on the news lately, but nothing really in great detail that I can recall. A buddy of mine came over last night and he mentioned about an attack on the U.S. embassy in Cuba. Actually, the way it sounds, it is an ongoing attack.

After doing a Google search to find out more details regarding it, we discovered the level of the attack. They say it is a strange and mysterious sound that some of the people involved in the attack are hearing. Now, that seems rather harmless...but it is far from it. First of all, this sound is totally unidentifiable as to where it is coming from. It is suspected that it is coming from some distant location. It is also unknown who is behind it. What is even more concerning is what these sound waves are. According to what we read, they are microwaves and they have the capacity to fry...create heat...like your microwave in your home, I suspect. I did hear on the news were those who have been attacked, actually had (I believe) physical changes done to their brains.

We were unable to discover what, if any, long term effects a person suffers from such an attack. If these microwaves are as they report, I can imagine, it cannot be good.

One can ask so many questions:

How is this even possible?
What or who is causing it and for what reason?
Where is it coming from?

In addition, what about the question:

If everyone on this planet were unified, would this have happened in the first place?

Just like with a society, you divide them, they are able to be conquered. Can that same philosophy be used with a planet of people? dunno

The wave of life.

In quantum physics one of the ways to describe a particle is by drawing a diagram of a wave. I am no expert in quantum physics, but as I read, I learn new things...at least learn at a level of my understanding...which is not great. laugh

A diagram of a wave is basically a squiggly line, with dips and humps....ups and downs. However, that drawn wave is still just one single line....supposedly with a beginning and an end. It would be difficult to draw a wave line showing infinity. It would take a lot of paper. grin

Because physicists display a particle in the form of a wave, because I have heard that everything in life is constantly moving...basically vibrations...it might be fair to possibly conclude that our lives we live may also be waves. Sounds are vibrations, which are waves. A particular sound has its own wave. When water is disturbed, it creates its own wave, and light also has a wave. These waves are part of the same thing...sound, water, and light. These are just a few examples of things we are familiar with.

What exactly is a wave? A wave exist because of the ups and downs that make them up. The up has an equal and opposite reaction shortly to follow, with the low. And, vise versa, the low has an equal and opposite reaction with the coming up. This continues on until the wave begins to weaken and fade.

If you have ever seen one of those digital readouts of speech..somebody talking..you will see the voice pattern (wave diagram) starts out flat, until the vibrations of the voice start. The louder the voice, the larger the wave pattern, the quieter, the smaller the wave.

Is it possible, that life itself is a wave? The law of thermodynamics claim that energy cannot just disappear. Us, as living beings, are energy.

Before we are born, one could assume our wave line is flat, as an infant, our wave line begins to take shape. As we begin to age and develop the ability to move and to learn, the movement of our wave line fluctuates accordingly. As we begin to age and become weaker, our wave begins to get smaller...until we die...it returns to flat.

If this is how life is, this could explain karma. Karma is inevitable with a wave representation of life. Like Daniella pointed out with her blog, our past actions effect our future. How so? Because our waves has humps and dips. The humps are the equal opposites of the dips...which are the equal opposites of the humps...continuing up and down....forward with time, creating the wave. Even though it is a wave, it is still the same line, or life in this scenario.

We come into this life as a flat line and we leave as a flat line.....perhaps our death is setting us up for being reborn....and are reborn is setting us up for death.....the big wave?

dunno
