I just haven't had an interest in the chat room. I enjoy it out here in forums where I don't miss anything if I walk away for a moment because of my dogs, or while I'm cooking dinner. Who knows? I might decide to try it some day.

Been tried. It's not the same, it's hard to figure out who's talking to who, when... Too fast, no room for conversation or debate, too confusing... That should answer your question

yeah that is a good point, I have been in other chat rooms before..and after a while you have no idea who is talking to who...and you are always wondering why there is the guy who has been in the chatroom for 2 hours, and hasn't said anything...

If this site had empty rooms where you made a chatroom for yourself with people you wanted in their so to speak then it would be hillarious to get all the peeps on the forums to go in a chatroom!

You are able to create new rooms so this could be done actually.. Just checked it out myself looks fairly straight forward, though I have used userplane chat systems before so that might be why...
Just thought I would share that it is possible to create new rooms there.

They seem to have their own little world!
One day it would be fun to make a chatroom for the people that use the forums as its so much different to just answering ,ail and posting on threads!

ok i've read all your msg's and only two of you had a really good imput and idea, one lad said that you can actually go into the chat room area and create your own chat room which is very true, i've done this on occasions when i wanted to chat with ppl who where into rock or art and we'd debate different things,in a seperate room from the lounge or lobby, the point is your not confined to the lounge or lobby, another person (lase) said it depends on the mood and it does i find the forum to be too slow and the conversations could take too long between switching to other conversations, also much like yourself's yas feel quoting this chick "they seem to have there own little world" couldn't this also be said about the forum crew.
