But can they shoot straight? That is long reach from Israel to the US. So, somehow I don't see them pointing them in out direction.

These guys are using their religious for political positions and statements.....yes, many do. This move on the chess board of Islamic CARE PR ...is eventually get to say the US denied the right have a Mosque there and denied our freedom of religion. Hence a court case that ends up in the Supreme court.
Or show that there is a lot hostility in the US to Islam. These comments we make here are read by many Moslems.
But if this goes the legal route.....here is what is going to happen.
During the sametime...that the DOJ is trying SMK and the other from GITMO in US civilian courts. So all kinds of back room deals can be made for them. We will pull the application for the NYC mosques...if you take 10 years off their sentences....that kind of gamy stuff.
See...to get Sharia law...into a country....they have to compromise the law of the country. Make it look inept and corrupt. This is what has happened in Afghansitan with the Taliban. It why the local Afghans are against Karsia...the Taliban has fed them line he corrupt and inept. OK maybe he is.
But who has extended that thought into the Afghan people? The Taliban.
They have played this legal game in Europe over the French vial ruling. They have played this legal game over the school facilities rulings here in the US. They have played this legal game over seperate washing of fork and spoons at US prisons. They played this legal game over the group of Imans that were halted from entering a commerical aircraft after knell prayer in front of the boarding passenger.
It can be played on the micro legal issue like soup spoons or the major legal issue like freedom of religion. But the goal is the same....to cause people to distrust the laws and legal institutions of the country. And turn to Sharia law and Islamic rule.

I trust what you say here is true.....no arguement......still does not mean that it is ok to build a Mosque there.....Or any church for that matter...it is in fact a burial site where I am sure bodies (or at least parts of bodies) are still buried....it is sorta like building a church in the graveyard....just build the thing down the street a few more blocks and everyone can be happy....Or show that there is a lot hostility in the US to Islam. I know something about frustration, near death injuries, and being restrained by an outside force, restricting me of freedoms, and liberties others were enjoying.
