felixis99: not only do I agree, but I get sick and tired of Islam joining these threads simply to start trouble, exacerbate contorversy (for no apparent reason - called baiting)& promote a barbaric culture that promotes practices illegal in the rest of the world for humane reasons - human rights reasons, stoning indeed.
I don't think he came to bait anyone. His question was sincere.
And I don't think anyone's opinion about his facial hair is the same as someone not liking your age or hair color. There's a difference between someone in the West wanting long hair because they like that style or are a hippie compared to someone who looks that way because of his culture or relgion. The same with the way they dress. There's a big difference there. Has nothing to do with beauty.
Not all muslims are radical or are terrorists. Do you think the majority in Candada or the US are? There are alot of peace loving muslims in the world. I guess the ones that are Westerized, more modern.
ok, at this point i would ask any of u to go through all the posts under this thread. and try to come up with the answer for this question.... who were polite and respectful for other people? me or the literal western people?

In response to: the idea grown by reviewing the profiles of girls i hv seen so far is something like -- they want handsome guys, they want loving and caring person and they want the guys to love them 4 what they r. but whats wrong with a guy who is trustworthy, honest, educated, loves kids, has faith on God but not handsome?? why the girls skip just seeing the photo? why they dont want to love a guy 4 what he is?????
Hi Op
I cannot believe this is still going... but here you go if you want an honest answer..
You sort of get on here..start replying to the posts.. and you get a measure of what a person is like by their posts.. If you are on here for a long while.. you may even strike an International Public Event.. e.g. Christmas... then you can send a greeting..
After that.. if you become friends...and its a big IF,, you might start some correspondence on another forum eg msn or skype
and finally, if you can afford it, you go visit...
Heck thats a huge journey, so its nothing to do with handsome, loving, caring ... that is all a long process that may or not occur.
We cant just " love a guy for what he is" immediately,

There are rude people in every little corner of the world; no news here. Acceptance of differences and understanding is so much more than politeness, and there is room for improvement for all of us on those 2 things.
