Buffy327: OFF TOPIC IS HIJACKED:
Well as much as I love humor, I love to find it on a Humorus Forums... I really expected updates on Libya and should not have to sift through all the chit/chat.....Maybe we could get back to the business of Libya, and find another forum for the humor....
Since when did oyu run the forums? If you don't like the postings you have the alternative, no rules were broken
leigh2154: It is silly to think you or I or anyone can have each and every thread play out to our specifications...this thread is one of the most informative I have participated in...it is also moving at a pace in which everyone can gather info...This is my last response to your complaining..it is too time consuming and it is off topic...JMO

Each and every one, now and then breaks forum rules, and if the MODS were following strictly their own rules, very few of us will be posting in the Forums.

# 1459: The BBC World Service has been speaking to one young man currently outside Libya. His brothers had been taking part in an anti-government protest in the western Libyan town of Zawiya when government forces attacked: "With machine guns, they came into the square. They started shooting the people who didn't have any kind of weapon to defend themselves. The soldiers were using Kalashnikovs and rocket propelled grenades. My brother said it really was a bloodbath there."

colleene1024: Gaddafi says Bin Laden to blame
Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi tells state TV that Osama Bin Laden and his followers are to blame for the protests wracking his country.
In a phone call from the town of al-Zawiya played live on TV, Col Gaddafi said young people were being duped with drugs and alcohol to take part in "destruction and sabotage".
Col Gaddafi is battling to shore up control of Tripoli and western areas.
Protesters have been consolidating gains in cities in the east.
'This is your country'
The telephone call was said to be an address to the people of al-Zawiya, 50km (30 miles) west of the capital, where there has been renewed gunfire reported in the streets.
Col Gaddafi said the protesters had no genuine demands and were being dictated to by the al-Qaeda leader.
"Bin Laden ... this is the enemy who is manipulating people. Do not be swayed by Bin Laden," he said.
"It is obvious now that this issue is run by al-Qaeda. Those armed youngsters, our children, are incited by people who are wanted by America and the Western world.
This guy has gone off his rocker! LOL! Maybe he should be put in a military nursing home in Africa! He obviously cares more about Africa then he does about Lybia. Drug him up...even better put him in a mental institution!

1433: What is happening now in Libya is "not people's power, it's international terrorism led by al-Qaeda", the Libyan leader says.
