When objection is forbidden, you'll have to be ready to die in those countries. Not an easy thought to have. And in those countries, oppression is made in the form of propaganda, meaning that the idea that what is forbidden is the only way possible has been indoctrinated for decades there, substanciated by something so dearly as religion.
The fact that the objections/demonstrations there are always aggressive is because it is something which is almost always forbidden. It needs a breaking through and that doesn't happen without blood shed. But, things can only be better with the new technology era, where people can always find out ways to break the windows for a proper glimpse on the world.
