Please, please, please I will vote for any politician that will promise to bring it in in Qld.wine

To have that extra hour or two of daylight at the end of the day would be just brilliant? peace

There was a Day Light Saving Party last election. Don't know if they are still around. I would love to have it here too. But apparently it upsets the cows

Then don’t come to WA as it has been banned after a three year forced trial 56% said no in a vote!

There is nothing worse than getting home from work with it being to hot to do anything other than put the air-conditioned on!

Just wait till you get a real summer again? Nothing like the three years off rain you have just gone through,

Tomorrow we will have 13 hours of sunshine here, on the true sunshine coast!

Now the rest of you sooky la la’s over east, put your floatie’s on over your jumpers to keep you warm!

We trialled it years ago, it stinks. Try getting the kids to bed when it is broad daylight.

Voted against it every time - not a good thing for WA - we have more daylight naturally anyway

Wake up people.... a day is still 24 hrs, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, the equinox`s are still the same. Its only a clock setting, and how you use your daylight, nothing more nothing less, Here in Mildura we average 28 more hrs of sunshine than Surfers per year only due to clear days and lack of cloud cover, as I said earlier WAKE UP....

We have woken up! We tried it we didn’t like it and voted it out! It was then forced on us for three years and we voted out the politician that forced it on us and then voted against daylight savings again!

Just how many times do you need too here the word NO! before you can understand it?

We have daylight savings in most of Canada and most people just consider it a inconvenience or annoyance.

Doesn't it give you more daylight hours to shovel snow during your 9 month winters though confused

All it does is make you have to change the time on your clocks and the 1 hour difference can actually mess up your body's normal sleep and daily cycles.

And its 8 1/2 month winters, not 9 lol tongue grin wave
