Hot_Single_Dude: Congradualation America Just imagine....

75 procent of Latinos of America
55 procent of Women of America
93 procent of african americans

plus a great majorities of other relegious minorities of America, ameicans of asian orgins or americans of middle eastern origins... All voted for president Obama, and this clear choice was because of thier prefectly understandible concerns a bout Safty and Prosperity of huamn beings who are living in America and are Americans but are subjected to benefits of the few rich by a GOP for the sake of Greed!

These results are Fabulous and absolutely expected when thinking a bout how little the GOP cared a bout minoriteis generally, and a bout women of America particulary, and how sure the GOP have been relying on Whites and Fenatics and on the rich and strong only !

Next time GOPtooney,s of OZ... Look around you and be sure that America is no Anglo Saxon all relegious feantics who cling to their guns and bibles and trying to keep the "different" out!

I am sure that GOP have NOT LEARNED from their mistakes regarding these elections, and regarding their declering of War against the president of the country instead of cooporating with the president solving the problems of the country which was in two wars and attacked by THE worse Recession since the Great deppression of the 1930,s when Obama took power from january 2009! GOP stays GOP and will just adjust on the surface once in a while to get peoples vote and then the Hell will broke loose when GOP gets more influence.

I do certainly not think that GOP stops keep staying short sitet... and I know that America is WAY better than allowing short sitet and out dated beleifes of the dark past becoming the Law, and giving the Ring to a bunch of fenatics who are fenatics because it is easier to Milk a nation under Fear it is easier blaming others for their crimes and calling the whole thing "the will of God" !

And next time my very dear Republican supporter friends in here... When Hot Single Dude Himself says... president Obama is going to win and when Hot Single Dude says Virginia, Iowa and Ohio and even Florida are going OBAMA... then listen to him and LEARN some thing.

Gosh! this last sentence Felt Fabulous to write

OBAMA ROCKS! YES WE CAN!

Now Dude, Even though you have a right to gloat in the victory , Be a little more conservative in the jubilation . Show the other side the " Class " that you have and they lack . . . .rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

found this article you might like to read it.

America has decisively turned the corner away from the constitutional principles of limited government and self-government with the re-election of Barack Obama.

There may be no way home for us.

For those of us who fundamentally reject Obama’s policies, things are going to get very rough for the next four years. We have allowed our fellow Americans to pronounce judgment on the nation.

That’s what Obama represents to me – God’s judgment on a people who have turned away from Him and His ways and from everything for which our founders sacrificed their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor.

The nation is divided like never before – intentionally so. That has been Obama’s game plan from the beginning – to build a constituency of special-interest groups that truly believe their salvation is found in bigger government, more programs, irresponsible spending and unconstitutional policies.

This election could very well represent the beginning of the end of the American Dream, American exceptionalism, the American way.

But it’s no time to give up – to throw up our hands in disgust and walk away from politics. Neither is it time to surrender to the radical social agenda Obama has championed to win his victory.

It’s time to change tactics.

It’s time to double-down and fight harder.

It’s time to raise our collective voices of outrage.

It’s time to form new alliances.

It’s time to form new communities of people who understand just how much Americans have been disenfranchised from our God-given rights and responsibilities.

But, at the end of the day, people generally get the kind of government they deserve.

When you turn away from the ways of God Almighty, this is what you should expect, if you are a student of the Bible and history.

I’m not going to lie to you.

I think things are going to get very tough in America over the next four years.

I expect more division, more stratification, maybe even the disintegration of the constitutional republic that was the envy of the world for so long.

It’s time to hunker down.

It’s time to prepare for the worst – economically, militarily, socially, culturally.

The revolutionaries have won a major political victory.

The America haters are running the country for another four years.

That is not a pretty prospect.

But it’s not time to retreat. It’s time for those of us who love what America has been for most of its history to gather our wits and begin the long march back.

Most of all, it’s time for collective repentance.

Only a miracle can save us – and we need to humble ourselves before God and pray hard for one.

Can we find our way home? Is the political system even viable for us anymore? Has our heritage of representative government been permanently robbed from us? Are our cultural institutions – from the press to the schools and universities to the major foundations and even our churches – let us down so badly that there is no hope of restoring the America we once knew and loved?

I don’t know the answers to these questions.

But we must not retreat. We must not hide. We must not be intimidated. We must not stop fighting for truth, justice and the American way.

Maybe we deserve this punishment for taking our lifestyles for granted. Maybe we deserve this judgment for our own individual and collective sins. Maybe there’s still time to turn things around because we serve a Creator of second and third chances.

One thing is for certain: Our national condition is going to get much worse before it gets better.

gininitaly: There it is in a nutshell Kaybee.

Our country shouldn't be divided like this, we're all part of it and have allowed this opposing football team attitude to flourish unchecked. It's time to pool our energies towards a more reasonable and sane country... so we can deal positively together on our very real problems.

an d in a nutshell why it was a mistake to vote for Obama. He divides our nation more deeply than any leader that I can remember. fortunately only for 4 more....

and I don't say this based on anything to do with religion - just reality

he may do some good things, but it will be tough for him more so than us I think he will find it hard to find cooperation in some venues, ir not many. and for good reason.

Godsgift: I think his arguements apply more to republicans than democrats. I actually heard someone on the radio today saying Obama was a war monger. Are these people seeing the same world as me?

well many of us were a little nervous in 2008 about his ability to be Commander & Chief of the largest military power in the world. I still get a little nervous at the thought...I don't think he's a war monger. He's got Hilary and so some good advise. He will stand up in a typical American fashion. I think he will put up with only so much, but not start things, though not hesitate to stop things....

but if he listens to the people in this country and all people in this country - many are tired of overseas involvement - we want to invst in out own infrastructure and afford it by limiting foreign involvement.

That's parrot speak, for I'm too lazy to think objectively, look up my own facts and form my own opinions, so I'll just 'follow' the loudest voice.

What they don't seem to understand is that there IS NO LONGER ANY DIFFERENCE between the 2 parties, no one is obeying the constitution... they're all bought lackeys of the filthy rich or even.. that they're cutting off their own noses to spite their face. roll eyes

ooby_dooby: John, I suggest you do what Gov Romney told you to do. Because if you don't, you will be going against your own candidates wishes.

Excerpt from Romneys concession speech:

"The nation, as you know, is at a critical point. At a time like this, we can’t risk partisan bickering and political posturing. Our leaders have to reach across the aisle to do the people’s work.
And we citizens also have to rise to the occasion. We look to our teachers and professors, we count on you not just to teach, but to inspire our children with a passion for learning and discovery.

We look to our pastors and priests and rabbis and counselors of all kinds to testify of the enduring principles upon which our society is built: honesty, charity, integrity and family.

We look to our parents, for in the final analysis everything depends on the success of our homes.

We look to job creators of all kinds. We’re counting on you to invest, to hire, to step forward.

And we look to Democrats and Republicans in government at all levels to put the people before the politics.
I believe in America. I believe in the people of America.

And I ran for office because I’m concerned about America. This election is over, but our principles endure. I believe that the principles upon which this nation was founded are the only sure guide to a resurgent economy and to renewed greatness.

Like so many of you, Paul and I have left everything on the field. We have given our all to this campaign.

I so wish -- I so wish that I had been able to fulfill your hopes to lead the country in a different direction, but the nation chose another leader. And so Ann and I join with you to earnestly pray for him and for this great nation.

Thank you, and God bless America. You guys are the best. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thanks, guys."
And as Ed Shultz would say "Let's get to work."

Right on Ooby thumbs up

There is something about boat loads of money, that make people people deaf, dumb and blind to reality... it's the worst kind of drug stuck, to the point that they'll stampede themselves and everyone in their path to get more and more of the stuff at the expense of anything and everyone in their path. blues

You are far too enamored of your boxes... in my world there's right and there's wrong.... and those who will do any wrong and call it a right... aren't worth the leg hairs on my foamy razor.

The only thing I am is a humanist that believes in certain values that should apply to almost everyone. When you grow up maybe you'll understand that there is more to a pleasant life than assuming you are above it... because your children will teach you quite the contrary.

Right.. It was just a rational suggestion to your post. I've heard you talk about being rational a lot.

And I think most people would fit that definition of Humanist.

felixis99: sorry godgift but blah blah - I have a history degree. it is hard to beat an incumbent and it seldom happens. mainly that is why he won. he didn't win by much - a lot of people do not like him, and your attempt to polarize our society along racial lines shows an ignorance of the demographics of out LEGAL citizens - just one thing many many people are angry at obama for is Arizona

the best thing about our system is that he can only go 4 more years - we will evolve how WE want to evolve not how the rest of the world wants us to my friend

Oh and BTW the name of our country IS the UNITED states and there are enough of us who want it to stay that way to keep it that way. like it or not that is the premise upon which this country was founded and became successful. anyone who threatens to divide out country with policies that hurt citizens who have been here for generations, who go to work everyday, pay their bills, and do not want Obama's debt, is going to have a tough go of it. Our constitution is our legal gov't that unites us- if a politician violates it that's treason
