I have oodles of favorite songs. This is one of my favorites because we had the record, it sounds all groovy and Medieval and Hobbitty, and it brings back lots of memories. I also love the hammer dulcimer or harpsichord or whatever that is in the background.

Well I don't hear a hammered dulcimer or a harpsichord on that song but there's an identical phrase to a line in Bob Dylands "Girl From the North Country" in it "She once was a true love of mine". I wonder which came first?

I guess that was first Scarborough Fair, since it is a traditional song I think. I like the version of Sarah Brightman.
