I first joined because one of my new year's resolutions last year was to join an online site.
CS was the first that came up on Google
I had planned on staying one week and then moving on to the next resolution!
But then I discovered CS Chat.
I was hooked.
I met great people there, in both cyber and RL.
Then Chat closed. I was devastated.
I moped around for a few months before making a new resolution , new year again....to join the fearsome forum!
I survived
Now I stay for the craic, and to see all the opposing, yet interesting views on many subjects, the great people, and of course the flirting and banter!
