I eat whatever I fancy. I have never had excessive weight problems.

Maximum 1500 Cals. Any more than that and I'll get fat.

I try to keep it low because of Hashimoto's so keep it to 500 a day twice a week and around 1300 the other five days.

For breakfast I consume about 3200 calories, lunch about 1200 and at dinner around 2000
I don't count snacks

On an off day 3 to 4 thousand,. At work fighting fire.....between 6 to 8 thousand,....if I can get it.
