prices on stuff is going up everywhere. We are headed for another world recession with inflation this time. The crap will probably hit the fan after the u.s.presidential election.

I was going to ship a single two-pound item in an 8"x8"x8" cardboard box yesterday until Ms. Brown United Parcel Service told me it would cost $19.00 to send it regular slow ground service. confused

WTH! I'm going to try u.s. Snail mail early this week to see what they charge.

Throw it out. I had stuff in my freezer too and just tossed it all in the garbage. Now I just keep a bit of ice cream and a couple frozen dinners. Plenty of room for ice!! lol.

Stringman Prices are obviously high everywhere not just in Canada.

Went out yesterday and saw how high the meat prices were I almost didn't buy any.

Fruit and Vegetables are high too cause they obviously aren't in season.

Watch out for VATs for lodging and transportation while visiting Canada for those without domestic papers, especially those of UK origin. grin

stringman: all I can say is get use to it.

stringmans video only involves northern Canada which has horrendous shipping and storage costs combined with tiny, remote villages sprawled across a vast tundra. It makes Alaska look like New York city.

news hysteria and media hype combined with a few right wing lies and deceptions.
nice try.

I think the video by Fla. is the most profound political and economic insight i have ever seen, with the possible exception of my favorite episode of the three stooges.rolling on the floor laughing

Someone (from CS) told me that it would cost him to send a "few grams" letter from his country to USA 200 dollar laugh so your paying 19 for your pk that is rather cheap.

You must be kidding Jono!

Unless it was a very small Wagyu Rib Roast uh oh

With $82 I could buy the whole bull laugh not really but way more than a rib roast.

Anyway, i do not eat red meat anymore only marine protein.
