one hectare ??? gezzzz , NZ'ers poking around Russia ,with a mind to setting up dairy farms , have come back and said that flat land is lying idle as far as the horizon . I think the British got it right with tiny flats. 1-hectare (~2.5 acres) of land sounds like a lot of work to me, i have a little ranch style home (~1700 sq ft) sitting on one-half acre and taking care of it all sucks big time at my age.
I'm curious, what is the typical area inside one of these so-called 'tiny' London flats? (Square feet please)
