7/10ths of our globe is covered with water, and most major cities were built beside water.

Only 1.6 - 1.14% of America is covered by paved roads.

For $30,000 in America, you can buy an average car; or a nice boat.

If you travel in your car... you can't sleep in it anywhere, without fear of harrasment.

If you travel in a boat you can live on it and uninhabited islands, where you only have to move 100 feet every 14 days.

I traveled over 5,000 miles in my canoe with an opened bottle of Jack Daniels... just because it's legal.

I drank beer 3 feet from shore legally, while people 3 feet away from me got arrested for drinking beer in the park.

When you drive a car, you forfeit all your rights.

If you want this crap to stop... Stop buying cars!

The 2nd Amendment and guns, don't have as much political power as your money does.

If you're not willing to walk, don't pretend you're willing to fight.

The auto industry will fight for your rights as long as you refuse to buy cars, and stop participating in the game our government is playing with our constitutional rights-

When you buy a car, and agree that using the roads we're forced to pay for is a privlidge, not a right...

You're automatically guilty of anything they make up.

You bring this upon yourselves.

Just wait till you see what comes next...

Here there are several classes of drivers:

Public service drivers: buses, big trucks etc.. they get a medical test, alcohol test, drug test and they have a ("bitacora") planner about hours/kms and they are supposed to stop at certain time/km and take a rest.

Private drivers like me, normally we do not get any test but on friday-saturday night or so there is a mandatory stopping for all drivers to take an alcohol test and some might be sent to the police station if their alcohol level is high.

One of my children's friend lost his life trying to save a friend's life. His friend was drunk and he did offer to drive her car (both were having a great time the full night) they both got killed not because of the alcohol content in there bodies but because they both were tired and he fell to sleep,so sad and too young. Both married (to other persons) and with little children sigh

Regarding to the fatigue test, there should not be any.
If people are too tired to drive they should not drive for their own safety and others' safety.

call a cab.

cool
