Doesn't always work like that Pedro. There's always the wind factor to take into consideration , when hitting the shot.

Nup, I just want to belt the ball as hard as possible. Dont really care where it ends up, I'll get another ball if need be, I just smash it and go for the distance. Only poofs try to get it in the hole.

I understand this factor of wind and weather conditions..........I predict if I got big money and joined a good golf club I could play golf and become a pro at it...with little practice I can enter this ''zone'' I spoke off.........the prove is level par on the first 9 holes in 2006.......the ability is there......... I kid you not

Yup, you think break left, then drift right,...and right about at 315 yards the pout drifts right....then decides to come back left. I hate the way the short game often becomes problematic.

I,ve only got a putter...hit high over the tree...around the dogleg,,,,,,veerd right over 2 bunkers......left at the clubhouse.....landed on a mole hill....which left me with a 400 foot putt.....it hit a blade of grass and veered left,,,,was 3 inches out.... ..normally on a 18 hole golf course.......I get around in 22.......funny old game?????------ This thread is Archived ------

Long ago, Canada looked upon Scotland and their two games, golf and curling - and we said, we must steal one. Golf? They can sink a putt at 400 yards, drive a tee-shot 1200 yards with a three iron! Their massive balls drag across the highlands from beneath their kilts, leaving divots down the fairway as they exercise their mastery of one of their two national games. As Canadians, we noticed when they stepped out onto the curling rink, their nuts froze to the ice and they couldn't curl with a damn!
