That sounds good ... I recall in Coventry the Chrysler Traing school canteen did celery wrapped in ham wrapped in red cabbage and cooked in cheddar cheese sauce in the oven and then grilled !

Thank you for sharing vegetarian food...Where is meat inside wine leaves? I think wine leaves has a bit bitter taste. It's beautiful presented. Very much Mediterranean food I love.

She was a lousy cook, but this was one that was mum proof.
She used to bake it with apples and maybe cinnamon. I'm sure there was a bit more to it than that, but I can't remember.
