My young dog is currently digging up bits of my lawn (which was half dead due to drought and my assault on bindii infestation)
I've topdressed it and oversowed it with grass seed but I suspect I have black beetles or mole crickets now
.... my puppy boy is good at hunting them out

I do grow some veg and fruit in it during the summer.

It is more a case of allowing it to grow as it likes, more than nurturing

Thanks Serene, I try, those pics are only half the gardens, but its nice and cool sitting out there in the 40c plus heat, and yes Spanishy but very unusual around here, most people in my area grow dogs and tomatoes if they actually have outside space.
