I'm like a rollercoaster. Sometimes I only get five and there have been times that I've slept twelve. I think 8 or 9 would be sufficient for me.

5 hour is my body normal.. Get used to it since i became a mother, and until today feel normal.
On and off xtra sleepin on holiday

I guess it is the weather and the geographic situation is really having big influence.
For us in asia tropical country we only have 2 season, that makes the moon and sun rotation is in accurate position.
Sunrise usually at 530am and sunset at 6pm.
Hot weather sometimes makes body restless
Also in here if we not get up early, we cant catch the day schedule, due to a short time periode from 7am to 6pm

I hadn't heard of this one so I googled it and found that it's a native of Tasmania and Victoria, we probably wouldn't come across them here in NSW
