Can you give me some idea what you look for in a break?

Relaxation? History.. sun.. beaches. Just an idea.

Personally my best was the Maldives for culture and spiritual healing. Natural beauty..

The most entertaining was the US.

The most interesting places I’ve been to outside of Ukraine are in Israel. One location was on top of the Mt. Precipice in lower Galilei where I looked out over the Valley of Armageddon where the final battle between good and evil on earth is to happen.

The other was the mount of olives outside the old city Jerusalem. Kind of freaky looking over and back at the Eastern Gate and East wall of the old city Jerusalem and at a nearby graveyard where tiny stones are placed on open grave monuments.

The Eastern Gate is where Jesus entered before in humility on a donkey. It is written that he will enter the old city again when he returns instead in his power and glory. Muslims sealed up the Eastern Gate centuries ago as they built their Temple on the mount in the Dome of the Rock.

I love traveling in Israel.

Went onto Google Street view to look at all the places you mentioned. It even brought me into a Tunnel in the Dome of the Rock. An amazing place!

Just visited Pumapunku/ Tiwanaku on Google maps.. Very interesting.. We have been HERE before!
If you ever come to Ireland, visit the Céide Fields which is an archaeological site on the north County Mayo coast in the west of Ireland. The site is the most extensive Neolithic site in Ireland and contains the oldest known field systems in the world.

I do agree with you, Céide Fields is phenomenal site, and West of Ireland is just stunning . I am very familiar with Ireland, as I have been to Ireland many times (never too many) .

I do buy the theory of "we have been here before", and as Pumapunku was not build by "monkeys" . I dont buy "aliens" factor, as it is just a "theory" with no supporting facts. . The pre-Columbian Andean history is fascinating - worth a visit for sure.

mykingdomforanam: We have beautiful waterfalls on Hawaii.
Diving with whalesharks, manta rays, and giant sea turtles is common here too.

You can go surfing with whales, and see wild horses on the beach, and go snow skiing in any month of the year: not everyday; but it can snow on any day of summer or winter.

There's little tents on the beach where they do massages in the sunset, with 5 star accommodations and restaurants.

I know a Hawaiian man who's amakua is the shark. He swims with adult tigersharks and hammerheads, in a place where King Kamehameha sacrificed people. You can swim with them there too, if you want.

The most interesting part of Hawaii, imho; is a culture that's based on loving your neighbors. Giant men who could easily crush your hand, give you the most gentle handshake you can imagine, and bow if they cross your path.

In Hawaii, treating people with aloha earns you more respect than being a prizefighter. Being honest is better than having an extensive vocabulary; and being humble is better than being rich.
You paint a beautiful picture wow
