The jury is still out on whether they actually did put someone on the Moon.

However I think it would be fair to say that if any other country had put someone on the Moon, they'd have boasted about it, so I think the answer to your question is:

The U.S.A. may or may not have put someone on the Moon and returned them safely to Earth. No other country has done so.

Holy macaroni, my university reaches far with 575,000 living degree holders spread across 177 countries, giving the University one of the largest alumni networks and it reaches as far as Earth’s moon when in 1971 the Apollo 15 crew left a certificate there establishing a university of michigan club there.

Well, this weekend we heard the wind on Mars on the news. Also I heard China is planning to land some robot at the backside of the moon. They launched a rocket this week.

ActuallyI hope they will find a planet where humans can live soon, and then I hope if there goes people to other planets, they don't make the mistakes as we did on earth.

I suppose I'm dead allready when they find a way out. But going on like they've been doing for more than 1000 years is no option.

Sir_T: No it isn't. Unless you are proof that, on average, intelligent life does not exist in New Zealand.

Au contraire, I think you will find that the U.S. government claims to have landed men on the Moon and returned them to Earth.

There is no independent corroboration of this, so we have to accept that either they are telling the truth, or they are not. Personally, I have no idea wither way.

Yes there is. Commander Yythral of the Galactic Federation's Battlecruiser 364223401 verified it just last month. He sent an invisible scout ship to check out the landing sites. Hail to the conjoined brains! cheers

I wonder why only the USA claimed to have had a man on the moon. Or why other austronauts didn't go there.

We have the spacelab, circling around, it must get fuel regularly, why didn't they put it on the moon? I heard it's only a few days (2 or 3) to the moon, there at least they need no fuel. And maybe on the moon they can build a bigger lab, also doing some investigation on the moon itself.

Maybe they could build something that produces oxygene on the moon, making living possible?
Or put solarpannels on the sun, producing energy.

The moon is not only for the weather and the tides of the sea, maybe we can make a profitable use of it?

People asked that question on quora. Have a read if you are interested. There's a lot of factors in the answer.

If it was so easy to claim to have landed on the moon, then other countries would have also claimed it.

But with a strong enough telescope proof that only the US has landed men on the moon is clearly visible. Hence the reason no one else has tried to say they also did.
