I always wanted to learn to dance Sevillana and since living in Spain I learned to dance like in this video although I'm not quite as good with the hands as these dancers but got to quite a good standard

I did. I even know how to ballroom dance. Dad taught ballroom dancing as a sideline/hobby. I'm nowhere near as good as he was, but good enough to get by.

This is the kind of dance I enjoyed every week until lockdown, 5 Rhythms. When shared in a room of up to a 100 people its very powerful. This short video shows each rhythm and explains their meanings.

This is very interesting. Reminds me of ai chi i enjoy in water. Helps keep that range of motion fluid.
I'm the first on the dance floor and the last to leave. My introversion disappears when a good tune comes on. I dance. Every day. Even alone in my home. I can't help it.
