Fridays are my busy busy days..Have to take this Friday off from work as well as the gym..My girlfriend asked me a few weeks ago if I could go to court to support her for her domestic violence case..I forgot all about the date..She thought we would be in and out..I said no love more likely we will be there from 9am till 4pm or later..We will listen to all sorts of cases..We will see people come up from the dock in handcuffs..We will see crims on video link..I said getting heard first everyone knows what happened..Getting heard last nobody knows your business..I said either way you will be fine...I think I will do my groceries on Saturday after I Sort Irene's profile out..See what happens
On another note I don't feel sorry for it..Did once look where that got me for months on end..I'm very comfortable sitting behind my armour.

I have just now quit both gyms..I have all my gym equipment on ebay..I hate Aquafit..I hate working out..I hate shuffle dancing.I now hate walking..I now hate anything to do with exercise..I hate salmon & all things healthy..Hate protein shakes..You name it I hate everything healthy..Im applying for a job at KFC..Won't have to cook because at KFC I can take left overs home....I will update my pics in six months time..My KFC pics that is..Logging off now..I will hate having to walk out this room after logging off..Means I will have to burn calories..Can't do that
