I waste a cigarette..I puff..I have my tongue placed so the smoke doesn't go down my throat into my windpipe..I'm not saying that's a good thing either..I didn't start smoking till I was in my late 20's..I was told if I smoke I won't get fat..Sounds more stupid at that age than a young age taking that advice..I hate the smell of smoke..I hate the smell of an ashtray..After a smoke always outside I disinfectant my ashtray.I can't stand anyone near me smoking & when I puf I hold my hand well away from me cause I can't stand the smellWhen I quit smoking some years ago, I also lost interest in drinking coffee, they kind of went hand in hand
