products as fruits vegetables or pills?I dont know if you`re familiar with autophagy ,but several years ago i wanted to lose weight fast ( the reason was , i met a woman and she had a body to die for) anyhow I stopped eating ,just drank water ,tea,and occasionally a coffee - i didnt had any food for over a month - My folks were very worried ,but i felt fine ,no problems at all and i lost a lot of weight , later i started eating only raw vegetables,fruits and once per week had fisch or a pork steak , you could try chicken if you dont like pork

Pretty soon you're going to feel like going over to the fridge. Don't go over to the fridge. You want to step out into the street. Right out into the daylight no half measures because you won't get anywhere in proximity to that fridge. Hi Rohaan , to be honest I am not really that much familiar with diet , you can cutoff calories and eat more water , extend your wall duration etc works for weight lose

Plan weight loss programme based upon individual requirements ...
But better not to go for instant or quick weight loss programme .. It can lead to many health problems in long run...

I don't know that the opinion of mine is true or not, but of course healthy eating, exercising, I've heard great things about "Goli" apple cider vinegar and probiotics. Also, you can google "webmd", a legit way to be informed, or google "home hacks for weight loss".
