No , I blame the parents for him being in that state initially. I can’t comment on the facts as to his disappearance, or whether he escaped from the ward and so on .
Sinead is not an expert in the field & should not have come out and blamed the authorities for the mishandling of the situation until such time as an investigation takes place .
