I have always wanted to go to Alaska and fish the Salmon Run. Oh what a blissful moment that would be.

I'd make a sweeping gesture to an important person who I think is very scared.

I think I would write...and write and write and write. I would write as much as I could to my family and dear friends, telling them not only how much I love them, but also relating memories. I would tell my sons things that they don't know about me and things that they don't know about themselves.
I would eat everything I love and not worry about the calories...a total pig-out of medium-rare T-bone steaks, baked potatoes slathered with sour cream and butter, cheesecake, Mexican food, spaghetti bolognese, etc., etc.
If I was still living here in Greece at the time, I would get in a car and drive all over the place...taking as many curvy mountain roads as possible and then taking a coastal route, enjoying the beautiful blue sea.
You know, when I think about it, I seem to just be coming up with things that I already have and already do...I DO write, I DO enjoy good food, I DO travel through Greece whenever possible. There are places I would love to see, but I mainly would want to escalate doing the things I already love to do. I guess that means I must be living a pretty good life, since I don't feel a tremendous need to do something totally different.
OH...I would tell my last boss to go F*** himself! Now THAT'S something I wouldn't do if I wasn't about to die!
