I say that he is posessed by the devil. Seriously!!! The eyes are the window to the soul and this guy's soul is missing. His eyes are evil.
One can only wonder what kind of devil worship this guy was into or what type of cult even forced into when he was younger. Can't even imagine him having a normal childhood to turn out so evil in life. What drugs was he fed during childhood to become so insane so early in life?
He couldn't have come from a warm nurturing family!!
He should be given the "hot seat" with a good electrical jolt or hung from a gallow like Saddam. And the rest of his gang along with him. Justice would really be served then!!
There should be no mercy for him for his crimes to humanity!!

Perhaps another way that justice could be served is to put people these mass murderers on an island way out in the Pacific far from civilization and let them fend for themselves. Let there be an island for men and far away another one for women. And they should never meet!
Think that they would all eventually become extinct and it would save the taxpayers quite a bit of money.
